Lars Almquist

Lars has many years of experience in finance and real estate from Stockholm, Brussels and London. He has held senior positions within CBRE (Sweden), as Nordic Head of Research & Consulting at JLL and as Sweden CEO and Nordic Business Development Manager for Barings Real Estate (formerly Cornerstone), one of the world’s largest real estate investors. Lars has previously worked at the Moderates’ party office and has held various political positions of trust.

Rolf Dickson Könberg
Senior Partner
Rolf has many years of experience in municipal decision-making processes and real estate development projects, including as chairman of the board of Svenska Bostäder, business area manager at Centrumutveckling, head of Sweden for Cornerstone’s real estate fund Nordic Retail Fund and as an advisor to real estate investors in housing, offices and community real estate. Rolf has previously held several positions of trust for the Moderates in Sundbyberg, Solna and Stockholm municipality, where he was a member of the Municipal Board.

Richard Hellmark

In the role of strategist and advisor, Richard has many years of experience in helping his clients succeed in a range of projects within housing, real estate and sustainable urban development issues. Richard also acts as an advisor to municipal decision-makers regarding real estate development projects. He has many years of experience in politics, municipal decision-making processes, public decision-making and understanding the importance of nurturing/developing new relationships with relevant decision-makers.

Ingvar Smedlund
Senior partner
An economist with a long professional background in commerce, politically active within (M) 2005-21, including as party ombudsman in Västmanland and as campaign manager in Stockholm city and county. After that, Ingvar was first an opposition councilor and then KS chairman in Enköping. The municipality is one of the most expansive in the country, where the roles as municipal councilor and vice chairman of the municipality’s planning and development committee have given good insight into municipal processes in urban development and detailed planning.

Mikael Aklint
Senior consultant
Mikael has many years of experience in planning, land and development projects and is well acquainted with the municipal decision-making process with a bearing on detailed planning and implementation. He has held several leading public positions in the area of urban planning in Järfälla and Täby, among others, and also has experience from the private developer side within the Skanska Group. Mikael is a civil engineer (civil engineering) from KTH.

Gergana Almquist, Ph.D.
Senior Analyst
Gergana has a Ph.D in European Innovation Policy from Copenhagen Business School and a Masters in Business (Dipl.Kff.) from Universität zu Köln, Germany. She has worked as an investment analyst at Aberdeen Real Estate Fund Managers in Copenhagen, and as a private investor and senior equity analyst in Stockholm. She is skilled in asset modelling and valuation, investment management and business development. She speaks six European languages fluently.

Marianne Reimers
Member of the board
Marianne is chief physician at Stockholm Hospital and conducts research at Karolinska Institute. She is a senior physician in geriatrics. Marianne has previous experience as a board member in STIM and Swedbank Västerort. Marianne has run a music publishing house and worked as a journalist on Svenska Dagbladet’s editorial page. She has also been president of Stockholm University’s student union.
